As the EVP, Marketing of Clarus Commerce, Tyler sets the vision across all our direct-to-consumer and business-to-business efforts. Since coming onboard in 2010, he has driven the development of the consumer value and demand strategy for our premium loyalty products.

No stranger to the loyalty space, Tyler is a seasoned professional with close to 20 years of experience in customer acquisition, product strategy, partner development, creative, and consumer engagement.

Using data and consumer insights at the heart of everything he does, his team supports the goals, KPI’s, and strategies of brands across numerous industries using direct response and subscription to increase lifetime value and consumer loyalty.

Prior to Clarus, Tyler held the position of Director, Interactive Product at Affinion Group where he was responsible for driving online innovation, vendor strategy and product innovation across industries working with brands such as American Express, Bank of America, and Wells Fargo.

Previously, Tyler was the Senior Manager, Product Marketing at a large provider of affinity and loyalty products where he managed the marketing strategy of multiple loyalty programs in the home, shopping, entertainment, and white label areas. These included direct-to-consumer brands and loyalty products for the likes of Victoria’s Secret, Citibank, and Captial One.

When Tyler isn’t building and marketing the best loyalty programs, he can usually be found chasing his kids around a soccer field or finding the time to play a little bit himself.
