As CEO of Clarus Commerce, Tom oversees the strategic direction of the company and is the glue that holds us all together. He joined Clarus in 2009 and first served as its President and COO.
With over 25 years of experience in the loyalty and subscription space, it came as no surprise when in 2011 he was promoted by the Board of Directors to lead the company into the future as the CEO.
In the same year, Tom also created Clarus Cares which provides an opportunity for our team to give back to the local community with our time, energy, and spirit.
Prior to Clarus, Tom held the position of VP, Business Development & Marketing at dLife, an online resource platform for diabetes patients, their caregivers, and healthcare providers, where he led all digital marketing initiatives including SEM, SEO, e-commerce, subscription programs, and website optimization.
Previously, Tom held several senior positions in Product, Marketing, Sales, and Client Services at MemberWorks, an online marketer of affinity and loyalty programs.
In addition to his loyalty expertise, Tom also has a 100% CEO approval rating on Glassdoor, a 2020 leadership award from The Hartford Courant, and has helped Clarus Commerce earn the Connecticut Top Workplaces award every year since 2013.
Tom doesn’t stop leading when he leaves the office, though.
In his spare time, he is passionate about coaching his kids in sports and loves to watch the New York Yankees and Pittsburgh Steelers.
