Silver Star Brands Launches Premium Loyalty Program with Clarus Commerce

Clarus Commerce, the only company specializing in building, managing and optimizing premium loyalty programs, announces its partnership with Silver Star Brands.

 

The VIP Rewards program launched on four of the Silver Star Brands: Miles Kimball, Walter Drake, Easy Comforts, and Native Remedies (which includes PetAlive online orders). Members of the program can shop at any of these four “sister brands” and save 10%.

Miles Kimball VIP Rewards offers exclusive savings on purchases from its sister brands and more than 1,000 retailers in the Marketplace. Members enjoy everyday access to benefits like cash back, shipping & handling rebates, and free return shipping via FedEx Ground.
Members receive 10% cash back at all sister brands and free shipping rebates on items ordered through the Marketplace. Members are also eligible to print FedEx ground return labels, which can be used at any retailer.

Major retailers like Restoration Hardware, Wayfair, and CVS are getting on board with premium loyalty. While traditional, free loyalty programs do well from an acquisition perspective, that’s often where the relationship ends. Premium loyalty focuses on increased engagement with a brand’s top customers and offers value that free programs can’t touch.
