What is Diversity?


Diversity is understanding, accepting, and valuing differences in races, ethnicities, genders, ages and more as well as recognizing and respecting differences in education, skill sets, abilities and experiences.

Our mission in ERG is to create a culture that celebrates our differences, welcomes all perspectives, and champions individuality in and outside the workplace. We recognize that when unique identities, ideas, and backgrounds come together, there’s nothing we can’t accomplish.
